Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our Building Automation solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE High School Diploma Hands on experience in IT/Networking (firewalls, switches, routers) Valid Driver’s License WE VALUE Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering Experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of Honeywell OT, Enterprise Applications and Connected Services Strong understanding of Information Technology. Strong understanding of Virtual Machines and Hyper-V on Windows. Strong understanding of Honeywell’s OT, Enterprise Applications and Connected Services (EBI, DVM, Energy Manager, Forge, OBS, Pulse, Vector Strong understanding of industry standard communications protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, SNMP, API) Fundamental knowledge of Honeywell field applications (HVAC, Security, CCTV, Fire Demonstrated experience in organizing and directing work activities according to priorities, and to meet deadlines involving multiple systems projects and vendors.
