Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Master's Degree in Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or Science or Mathematics. Agile experience. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards. Clear understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools.
