We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI agents and multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python or C#, experience with agentic frameworks, and the ability to integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems. This role involves working on Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud-based deployments to build real-world AI applications.

The AI Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into intelligent AI solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI agents and multi-agent systems using Python or C# and agentic frameworks.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and knowledge bases.
• Create and optimize prompts, system messages, and guardrails to control agent behavior.
• Build evaluation frameworks and performance metrics to monitor accuracy and effectiveness of AI agents.
• Deploy AI solutions in production environments using cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and software teams to convert business requirements into AI-powered workflows.
• Continuously research and adopt the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and machine learning technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming expertise in Python or C#.
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with API development, microservices architecture, and version control systems (Git).
• Hands-on experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize AI systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Experience developing AI agents or conversational AI solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration frameworks and agent lifecycle management.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, data governance, and privacy standards.
• Experience with MLOps tools and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
