As a part of the Sales Technology team within Global Sales Operations, your work will focus on creating top-tier products and data solutions that enhance the effectiveness of the Amazon Advertising Sales team worldwide. You will be responsible for building sales enablement products that equip our front-line sales team with key insights about customers and sales opportunities, significantly reducing inefficiencies. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer who is eager to transform customer relationship management (CRM) for our Ads Sales team. In this role, you will take ownership of product and feature development from start to finish, which includes engaging with stakeholders, gathering requirements, managing projects, and conducting development at scale. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building CRM products and APIs independently. Key Responsibilities: Develop solutions in Salesforce.com utilizing Force.com, VisualForce, APEX, Lightning Web Components, Web Services, and APIs. Lead all aspects of architecture, design, development, security, best practices, integration, deployment (CI/CD), release architecture, and automation testing. Support cross-system integrations involving Salesforce and other cloud technologies, including AWS. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and external stakeholders to deliver customized solutions that meet business needs, enhance user experiences, and create valuable outcomes. Engage in planning and analysis for system enhancements, transforming requirements into well-structured solutions. Identify innovative ways to optimize Salesforce.com for improved processes and rapid scaling opportunities. Basic Qualifications: Experience programming with at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust). Experience in automating, deploying, and maintaining large-scale infrastructure. Proficiency with Linux/Unix systems. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and build processes.
