Our client is seeking a skilled Analytics Engineer to lead the development, administration, and enhancement of their business intelligence platforms, with a strong focus on Power BI. This role will be instrumental in creating intuitive dashboards and visualizations, driving user adoption, and supporting the migration from Tableau and Alteryx to Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business and legal stakeholders Administer the Power BI platform (access control, workspace management, usage monitoring, governance) Translate business needs into scalable, actionable BI solutions Lead the migration of Tableau dashboards and Alteryx workflows to Power BI Maintain legacy systems during transition and support change management Promote BI best practices in data visualization and performance tuning Support self-service reporting through training and documentation Collaborate with data teams to ensure data quality and governance Stay current with emerging Power BI and Microsoft Fabric features Qualifications: 5+ years in BI, data visualization, or analytics engineering Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, RLS, shared datasets) Experience with Tableau and Alteryx, including migration projects Strong SQL and data modeling skills Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Azure Synapse, or SQL Server Solid understanding of BI governance and user enablement strategies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Compensation: $100,000 - 140,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
