Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Customer Application & R&D Project Engineer to lead strategic initiatives at the intersection of innovation, customer engagement, and operational excellence. This hybrid role blends technical leadership in CAPEX project management, customer application engineering, and R&D to support and expand our industrial filtration product line. The ideal candidate will be a cross-functional collaborator with a passion for quality, problem-solving, and uncovering new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Engineering Leadership Lead CAPEX project management initiatives to enhance infrastructure and capabilities.

Oversee the buildout of a best-in-class filter bag quality and testing facility, including team leadership and cross-functional coordination.

Customer-Facing Engineering Serve as the primary technical liaison to customers and end-users to understand application needs and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

Collaborate with sales teams to assess the technical feasibility of products, clarifying what can and cannot be manufactured.

Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to foster partnerships and identify white-space opportunities.

Research & Development Drive innovation through the identification and development of new growth programs.

Serve as Lead Solutions Engineer for advanced R&D efforts, bringing new ideas from concept to commercial readiness.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

5+ years of experience in engineering, project management, or customer applications, preferably in industrial products or filtration.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

Proven track record of leading projects and delivering measurable results.

Desirable Qualifications: Experience in CAPEX projects and facility design.

Background in industrial filtration or related industries.

Familiarity with trade show strategy and technical sales support.
