We’re looking to hire an Applications Engineer for a remote role supporting a gaming client based in Los Angeles, CA. This is a 1-year contract opportunity. Join our client’s IT team to enhance and optimize their ServiceNow CMDB. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Live Operations, Enterprise Technology, and Architecture teams to gather requirements, design scalable configurations, and ensure alignment with platform best practices. There is no application deadline for this role. Applications Engineer Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the ServiceNow Platform Team.
Translate business requests into requirements aligned with scalability, CSDM, and governance standards.
Configure, monitor, and optimize CMDB performance; develop service mappings and health dashboards.
Create documentation, guidelines, and training materials to support CMDB adoption.
Contribute to strategic CMDB architecture and provide improvement recommendations.
Applications Engineer Qualifications: Strong ServiceNow CMDB expertise with knowledge of CSDM and governance practices.
Skilled in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and platform optimization.
