We are looking for an experienced  Project Architect for a great service company that provides engineering, architecture and consulting services and offer innovative and strategic designs and constructions for many different types of facilities  located in  Irvine, CA Duties: Licensed and Registered (CA) architect required. AIA preferred  . Registered in multiple states a plus. Industrial and Aerospace experience preferred o Office Tenant Improvement experience required Must be able to work independently or with little supervision and be able to prioritize projects and deadlines. Self?motivated, detail?oriented and organized Excellent English communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills. Has proven track record of meeting deadlines and budgets o May have some interactions with Clients Coordinates the publication of all project related specifications o Checks all technical calculations and drawings for accuracy o Obtain Plan Check and other regulatory agencies approvals o Perform field investigations o Willingness to travel Project Management experience preferred Managing staff preferred Compensation:  $80 – $90 K If qualified and interested in the position, please email your resume relating your skills, background, and experience to the job opening.
