JOB SUMMARY: This is a union management position. Successful candidate should have prior supervisory experience in a bargaining unit role. Strong knowledge of central plant, electrical, plumbing and HVAC trades is essential for this role. JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum 5 years minimum casino or hotel building maintenance and or construction project experience required. Previous experience working with building contractors ,subcontractors, compiling estimates and inspecting sites. Ability to work with internal management and staff as well as outside support to develop and maintain a continuing atmosphere of peak guest and employee comfort and safety. Strong computer skills, . Excel , Word and outlook. Excellent interpersonal , customer service, Team building and problem solving skills are required. Must be able to handle demanding situations and be willing to work any shift and long hours, Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
