Attorney/producer needs an assistant who is strong in organization skills, and  sophisticated and experienced with computers and online savvy, yet willing to do paper filing in the office and help organize an office that has just moved over 100 miles.  Law practice focuses on tax controversies, particularly representing horse businesses, equine law and entertainment law.  The law practice will be the primary work focus.  Work in the production company is a much smaller time allocation.  Duties will vary.  The position could be part-time, possibly three days a week, or full time, depending on skill set, experience, compensation and individual discussion.  Knowledge of horses is a plus, but not required  Practice Panther Law Practice Management suite software is being installed.  Probably the office will be one person and the attorney/producer.  The office is in Palm Springs, in a nice neighborhood near East Palm Canyon Drive and Sunrise.  The office is very comfortably air conditioned in a nice four unit building.  The job is on the office site.  The work is interesting involving horses and animation.  The need is for an organized person who will help organize the office and keep it organized..
