Ready to drive comfort with us?You support our team asAssociate Automotive Test EngineerResponsibilitiesCreate new test procedures (logical, visual software packages that control mechanical test machines) to meet testing requirements.Mechanically inclined and able to put together fixturing on test machines and visualize testing impact on parts.Troubleshoot test software and setup issues and able to resolve them with little to no supervision.Interpret drawings and schematics to setup tests as instructed.Finds opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, equipment and general working conditions in their designated area.Able to move and rebuild hydraulic equipment.Use logical thinking to optimize efficient use of time and resources.Able to keep items such as tools, parts, fixtures, paperwork, and data, in a clean, organized arrangement.Positive attitude with a drive to achieve high quality results.Lead as the go-to expert in your specialty, providing trusted guidance and solutions to support engineering and testing teams.QualificationsTwo years technical degree or five plus years testing experience.Good communication skills to coordinate, train and lead others as needed.Previous knowledge of automotive noise isolation components a plus.Experienced user of Word, Excel, Outlook, and TEAMs, MTS Software.Ability to communicate with engineers about testing requirements and results.Some of your Benefits401K MatchSave for retirement with the company's help.VacationWe offer time off to refresh and recharge.Health InsuranceRely on comprehensive services whenever you need it.Education ReimbursementReceive financial aid to help propel your career to the next level.Paid HolidaysWith paid-time off, local holidays are all the way more relaxing.Click here to go directly to our career page.
