Key Responsibilities:
Creating and submitting complex changes in the Quality Management System to support PEC regulatory requirements. Building, completing, and monitoring implementation plans in collaboration with stakeholders. Acting as a Change Owner for select projects as needed. Providing excellent customer service across business functions during cross-functional collaboration. Initiating and managing supplier communications related to project needs. Maintaining and updating divisional project tracking reports. Supporting supplier engagement, data analysis, and program reporting using Instruments systems. Ensuring all documentation is compliant, accurate, and up to date.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required. Having experience as a Change Control Specialist or in change management engineering. Bringing experience in the medical device industry. Understanding product environmental compliance and related regulations. Working knowledge of Windchill/onePLM or other PLM systems. Demonstrating high attention to detail and analytical thinking. Managing multiple priorities while effectively communicating with stakeholders. Problem-solving complex scenarios using prioritization and data analysis. Collaborating cross-functionally to gather data, insights, and support continuous improvement. Delivering robust solutions with system and customer requirements in mind. Thriving in fast-paced environments and ensuring projects meet strict deadlines and standards. NO C2C CANDIDATES
