We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Infrastructure Engineer I  to join our team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA – remote.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Oversee and maintain Zendesk configuration, including user roles, automations, triggers, workflows, and views to support cross-functional teams and enhance the customer experience

Assist with implement and maintain AI and API integrations to automate workflows and elevate employee and customer experience

Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through emerging technologies and industry best practices

Serve as a subject matter expert for this tool and application ensuring its efficient and strategical use across teams

Collaborate with vendors/employees to resolve issues

Opportunity to work among a highly trained technical team and gain technical experience in programming and data delivery

Willingness to be collaborative working in a team setting with IT professionals and client facing specialists and communicating effectively across the team

Support internal training efforts by contributing to demo-style sessions and creating user-facing documentation, including best practices

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.

0-3 Years Zendesk System & Integrations experience, or related experience with enterprise support platforms such as ServiceNow or Salesforce Service Cloud; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus

Zendesk Certifications preferred

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Effective oral and written communications skills

Experience with designing or implementing AI and integration solutions is a plus

Occasional travel to Berwyn, PA required (approximately once per quarter)
