Primary Skills: ServiceNow (Expert), Glide JavaScript (Advanced), API Integration (Proficient), AI/ML Knowledge (Intermediate), Debugging (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 4+ Months Location: Kirkland, WA (Onsite) Pay Range: $50 to $55/hour #LP Job Summary: In this pivotal role, you'll chiefly be responsible for developing automations within ServiceNow cloud environments and pioneering AI/ML solutions utilizing cutting-edge AI capabilities. Your work will involve building sophisticated solutions using platform and tools, including workflows and orchestration, and pushing the boundaries of Agentic AI and Generative AI potentials. You'll play a key role in designing cloud automations to bolster products, while also contributing valuable feedback to enhance product features and interoperability. Key Responsibilities:
Develop automations for cloud, enhancing AI/ML solution deployment. Build and implement solutions using ServiceNow workflows, orchestration, and development tools. Experiment with latest AI offerings, including Generative AI capabilities. Design and develop cloud automations to support products within our infrastructure. Provide feedback for continual improvement of product capabilities and features.
Must-Have Skills:
Experience and understanding of ServiceNow Workflows and Flow Designer tools. Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Glide JavaScript). Advanced programming or scripting skills (using JavaScript) and experience in object-oriented design. Experiment with the latest Agentic AI offerings and Generative AI capabilities. These capabilities may include classical Machine Learning Algorithms or Deep Learning based models like LLMs.
