What You'll Do : Develop and implement Crestron control code for AV systems, ensuring seamless integration and user-friendly interfaces. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to design, modify, and troubleshoot AV solutions. Optimize control systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Maintain and enhance programming standards for control code development. Document coding processes, system configurations, and testing procedures per company policy. Lead project execution by taking ownership and ensuring timely completion. Mentor teammates on best practices for Crestron programming. Power Skills You'll Bring : Expert-level Crestron programming with a strong background in AV control systems design and integration. Strong knowledge of control code development (Crestron, AMX, Extron, or similar platforms). Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AV control system functionality. Experience with project documentation and reporting. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proactive attitude and commitment to process improvement. Qualifications That Will Set You Apart : Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP), CTS-D, CTS-I credentials preferred. Expertise in AV-over-IP, networking, and VLAN configuration. Familiarity with AMX, Extron, QSC Q-SYS, Biamp, or BSS for audio DSP optimization. Demonstrated ability to lead AV integration projects with hands-on execution.
