Job Title: Automation Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing and electro-mechanical maintenance. The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians as a foreman and will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing industrial systems, including electrical, PLCs, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians. Troubleshoot and repair industrial systems including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Program and troubleshoot PLCs, including swapping out cards. Conduct preventive maintenance and repair tasks. Handle maintenance and repair of 480v motor controls and wiring. Utilize schematic diagrams for troubleshooting and repair. Essential Skills

Experience in industrial maintenance. Expert in PLC programming and troubleshooting. Proficient in electrical maintenance and mechanical repair. Strong job tenure. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with the person and Siemens systems. Basic skills in maintenance electrician roles. Work Environment

The position is based in a plant environment that is non-climate controlled, with some work possibly outdoors. The facility includes a dedicated maintenance building for repairing parts, with larger equipment repairs performed on-site where the machine is located. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $77000.00 - $82000.00/yr. Growing team. Overtime will likely get salary over $100k Workplace Type
