Job Title: AV Support Engineer

Location: Los Gatos, CA (Onsite)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Audio-Visual Support Engineer to join our client’s technical team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of sophisticated AV and broadcast systems within a premier monitoring facility dedicated to live event management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and functionality of all AV equipment, thereby enabling flawless execution of live events.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical support contact at our client's location. Perform basic troubleshooting and repair tasks, including cabling and device support. Provide remote support for off-site engineering teams. Troubleshoot and reset IPTV endpoints and video wall systems. Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations teams. Document system health checks and update system documentation.

Skills Required: 5+ years of experience in AV systems support and maintenance. Familiarity with broadcast engineering and enterprise IP video systems. Proficient in both Mac and Windows operating systems. Experience with IP KVM systems and diagramming software. Strong troubleshooting skills in AV and IT domains. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
