SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Generate detailed Revit models and ensure version control across design updates. Assist in design development by interpreting project inputs and supporting constructability-focused system layout. Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings with cross-disciplinary teams. Conduct quantity takeoffs and assist in developing accurate and comprehensive drawing packages. Troubleshoot modeling issues and apply practical construction knowledge to refine system layouts. Support BIM coordination processes and integrate design feedback into updated models. Ensure design documentation complies with project standards, internal QA/QC protocols, and applicable codes. Participate in occasional site walks to observe real-world design implementation and feasibility.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to travel and reside in Taiwan for 3–6 months to complete deployment training without visa restrictions. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in a design, drafting, or construction modeling role. Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; basic knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Hands-on experience in construction, mechanical/plumbing systems, or related technical fields. Familiarity with local and international building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of structural analysis, collision modeling, or materials engineering. Prior work with multinational clients and understanding of the design-engineering interface in advanced technology sectors.
The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break each day. Please note that this schedule is flexible and may be subject to change based on the employee and employer’s needs.
