Bridge Engineer

Responsibilities
: Lead the design and production of bridge plans for ODOT and local agency projects.
Maintain quality control of the work product and successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
Coach junior level staff and collaborate with PE’s across the firm.
Proposal development and client relationship management.
Periodically support bridge inspection and load rating practice
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited program
Professional Engineer (PE) Registration and/or ability to obtain licensure in Oklahoma within six months
5+ years of professional experience with bridge design and/or inspection
Microsoft Office and Bentley software proficiency is preferred
Experience with MicroStation and bridge design software required
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
