Job Title: Building Engineer Work Location: Morrisville, NC Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description: As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling. Candidate will be working in a research facility with large plants and a green house Candidate will start off working with a team and then transition to more of an independent role. Responsibilities : General maintenance for HVAC Work orders will come through to assign work Light electrical when working within HVAC units Skills & Qualifications : 4-5 years experience H.S. diploma, trade school preferred EPA 608/Universal/CFC certification highly preferred Basic computer skills Top Must have Skills: HVAC experience Safety skills a must have Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills Top Nice to have Skills: Well-rounded knowledge of building maintenance For more information or to view other opportunities, visit us at www.paladininc.com.
