CAD Design Engineer Location: 100% Remote or Hybrid at Hillsboro, OR Duration: 6 months, extendable Hybrid or 100% remote, must be able to work PST hours. if Hybrid (local) 1 day a week for occasional design review.

CAD Design Engineer for Quantum Hardware Architecture A fast-paced quantum computing hardware team with a large variety of projects requiring mechanical components and systems.

MUST-HAVE Qualifications Strong 2D and 3D CAD mechanical component and system design skills. Skill with Solidworks and/or Creo for design of mechanical components and systems. Working with other skill domains such as PCB layout, electrical design, system integration for generating requirements for mechanical components and systems. Experience and detailed knowledge of generating mechanical drawings and related documentation for manufacturing of mechanical components. Ability to manage time between concurrent CAD projects. Education: Minimum: BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or related degree program with 5 years of established experience; Prefer: MS in Electrical or related degree program with at least 2.5 years of experience
