The Work

We're seeking a motivated engineer to join the Change Management team (known internally as Technical Change Process Engineering team).

As a member of our engineering team, you will: - Facilitate F-35 Training System products through the change management process, ensuring compliance with established procedures and guidelines - Collaborate with product owners to ensure they meet all entry and exit criteria for each step of the change process - Be responsible for the full change life cycle of F-35 Training System products - Manage the change package technical content, schedules, and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders. - Drive internal stakeholders to meet commitment dates, as aligned with the program IMS - Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including product teams, EPMs, and contract sources - Ensure accurate and timely communication of change management status, issues, and risks to stakeholders - Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Infrequent domestic/international travel may be required. Employee is expected on-site a minimum of once a week.

This position will require the selected candidate to have the ability to obtain a government security clearance. U.S. citizenship is a requirement for consideration.
