The Work:
Primary responsibilities of the Chief Engineer as follows:
• Serves as the chief technical authority on the RB program. Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Drives technical efficiencies throughout the software development life-cycle, across all TTOs
• Engages technically with Government TDs and TO teams
• Chairs the ROMB; Manages Risk & Opportunity across the program
• Chairs the Innovation & Modernization Working Group
• Develops responses to new TTOs at Government request Desired skills • Five (5) years demonstrated experience leading large technology efforts (25 or more developers) with multiple task orders and contractor teams. • Knowledge of, or experience with, RF data collection and processing systems • Knowledge of, or experience with high-performance/parallel software applications • Knowledge of, or experience with telephony, network protocols, network mapping/analysis/exploitation, • Ability to analyze and recommend development solutions for system-level and operational requirements for upgrades to systems
