Our client is currently seeking a Cisco Security Engineer (Mid-Level). In this role, you’ll work closely with a senior security engineer to support and maintain critical network security infrastructure. This is a hands-on, operational role ideal for someone experienced with Cisco ISE and Cisco FTD firewalls, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment.

This job will have the following responsibilities: Provide implementation engineering on Cisco ISE and Cisco NGFW Support day-to-day security operations in collaboration with a senior engineer Manage and resolve network security support tickets from end users Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) firewalls Execute assigned tasks and contribute to ongoing security projects Partner with internal teams to ensure secure and efficient network operations

Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in network security engineeringStrong hands-on experience with Cisco ISEProficiency with Cisco FTD firewallsFamiliarity with ticketing systems and ITIL-based workflowsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentExcellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting public sector or judicial environmentsCisco certifications (., CCNP Security, Cisco ISE Specialist)
