Integrity Federal Services is seeking a dynamic and skilled Civil – Site Designer to join our team. In this role you will work on land development projects, Perform engineering models, analysis and/or designs, supporting calculations / documentation. You will also coordinate the drafting of project elements for various clients. Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply!

What You Will Do

As an experienced designer in site civil work, you will coordinate directly with our civil engineers by creating site plans, grading and drainage plans, and site development details. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to take direction from engineers to start projects using survey, substation overlays, aerial photography, and general site topography to create comprehensive drawing packages. A substantial attention to detail will be required, and the candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (no exceptions).

Primary Responsibilities

Collect and assimilate data and perform modeling, analysis and/or design calculations of project elements.

Utilize Civil 3D and CAD to perform design tasks to prepare site design drawings, models of site plans, grading and drainage drawings, and site details with a high degree of precision.

Exercise good judgment in selecting and interpreting data based on survey results

Draw design details under direction of others.

Organize calculations to be included in design files, following project standards.

Coordinate drafting of site layout, utility grading, and drainage plans.

Road and utility design, grading, erosion and sediment control, stormwater design

Perform field or site visits as needed.

Annual salary of $52,000 to $94,000

The opportunity to participate in the 9/80 flexible work schedule after 60 days employment

Essential

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline (, not required)

Strong experience with AutoCAD & Civil 3D software

EIT or F.E certification a plus

Site development experience, including strong or related experience, is a plus

Willingness to be adaptable to office and field inspection tasks

The position may include the need to perform Field Inspection and may require travel to project sites

Ability to prioritize tasks, organize work, and execute tasks independently or with other teams

Creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required to apply technical knowledge to a wide variety projects

Excellent interpersonal skills, oral, and written communication
