You'll take charge of full-cycle design projects for roadways, stormwater systems, and site infrastructure, working in a firm where your input shapes the end product—not just the plans. What You’ll Do:

Design Leadership: Lead civil site designs for public projects — including roadways, drainage, stormwater systems, and grading

Project Ownership: Manage work from scoping to delivery; own budgets, timelines, and quality

Team Mentorship: Support junior engineers and drafters; review work and guide their technical development

Client Collaboration: Meet with municipalities, DOT, and stakeholders to align on technical direction and expectations

Field Work: Conduct occasional site visits to validate designs and provide construction-phase support
