Expertise in Florida land development permitting and regulatory processes. Proficiency in engineering design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D . Excellent communication skills for writing reports and engaging with clients and stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
