Civil Engineer Land Development

Are you an experienced Civil Engineer in Training looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? Our Tampa office is seeking a motivated individual to support our civil engineering projects and further their professional development. Responsibilities: - Perform civil design calculations and transform concept designs into construction drawings - Research and write reports/opinions on due diligence and code studies - Utilize engineering software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D - Conduct studies to identify engineering problems and assess project impacts - Inspect project sites and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards - Coordinate project tasks and scheduling with Project Manager - Research design options and document findings for Project Manager - Assist with permitting of engineering projects - Review drawings and recommend necessary changes

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - EIT Certificate and 1-3 years of experience in civil site design - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment
