Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer, PE – Land Development position include: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas 8+ years of experience in land/site development or project management Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and design software such as StormCAD, PondPack, Hydroflow, HEC-RAS, and HEC-HMS Prepare and manage site civil construction plans including grading, utility, drainage, and erosion control Lead design teams and manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications Conduct ordinance reviews, utility coordination, and construction site assessments Sign and seal drawings as the technical lead for the project team Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
