Select the best delivery method for each civil project in both the private and public Manage schedule, budget, and manpower to meet and exceed deadlines and budgets Develop the best methods to ensure team support and effective communication Create measurements to determine the strategic plan is met during all phases of construction
Civil Project Manager Qualifications:
4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager on earth work, excavation and site preparation projects Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field 3+ years’ experience utilizing industry relevant estimating software Previous experience on big box projects building sub divisions, piping work, and subterranean pads Possess an ownership attitude and be willing and able to grow, coach and mentor Strive for excellence in every project and do whatever it takes to achieve optimum results Resolve conflict for the mutual benefit of all involved parties Friendly, yet firm demeanor Project size history ranging from $1MM - $10MM
