Responsibilities Design site plans for grading, utilities, drainage, and roadways Serve as QC for designs, working alongside a design team and CAD technician Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure project success Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines Qualifications BS in Civil Engineering PE or EIT on track for PE Licensure 3-8 years of site design experience in commercial, industrial, and residential projects Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships What’s Offered Salary range: $125k - $200k+ 100% health and dental for employee; 50% for family coverage 401(k) with 3% company contribution (no employee match required) Employee focused culture with mentorship and growth opportunities
