POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Engineer III applies advanced engineering principals and a comprehensive knowledge of healthcare technology design to develop advanced solutions for medical device placement and integration as well as the development of healthcare technology cybersecurity strategies and protocols. The Clinical Engineer III serves a key liaison between Healthcare Technology Management, Physicians, Nurses and IT Security. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Clinical Engineering 7 years as a Clinical Engineer in a healthcare or manufacturing environment Licensure/Certification: ACCE CE or NSPE PE Other Skills/Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of CMMS programs. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in Healthcare and business settings.
