This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for cloud technologies and a desire to develop their skills in multiple areas: Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Observability, and Security. As a Cloud Engineer, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure solutions that support our organization's digital transformation. \n Key Responsibilities : \n\n \n\t Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of AWS infrastructure resources \n\t Work with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation/Terraform to automate resource provisioning \n\t Recommend new tooling to creatively solve problems and meet needs as they arise \n\t Design and implement flexible CICD Pipeline features to meet development team needs \n\t Ensure consistency in builds, deployments, releases, versioning, using industry-standard CICD practices \n\t Set up and maintain AWS environments in a multi-region, multi-az configuration \n\t Participate in disaster recovery exercises and operations \n\t Implement security best practices and compliance measures for AWS infrastructure \n\t Implement and maintain industry-standard monitoring solutions to ensure application performance, availability, and stability \n\t Drive cross-team resolution of incidents to completion, ensuring all necessary parties are involved with the solution and postmortem \n\t Ensure all necessary metrics, logs, and data points are collected, visualized, and configured for alerting \n \n\n Qualifications: \n\n \n\t Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or equivalent experience \n\t Strong understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS \n\t In-depth knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices \n\t Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm, Kustomize) \n\t Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, AWS ECS, Kubernetes) \n\t Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) \n\t Experience with CICD Tools (Github Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.) \n\t Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure \n\t Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders \n\t Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly desirable \n \n
