Established multi-disciplined consulting firm is adding a talented Coastal Engineer/ProjectManager for their St. Paul team!

Responsibilities:

Project management duties (project planning, scope, budget and QA/QC)

Prepare proposals and budgets

Build/maintain client relationships

Assist with business development

Design coastal/waterfront infrastructure projects

Prepare technical report/regulatory permits

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

7+ years of experience in coastal/waterfront, client/project management and consulting

PE License

Regulatory/Compliance experience

Prior experience with funding/grants preferred
