Nesco Resource is now hiring for a Composite Product Engineer   in the Spartanburg area. The Composite Product Enigineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the composite manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities: Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs. Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production schedules, goals and budget constraints. Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials and supplies for production. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and best practices, creating a safe working environment for all team members. Oversee maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.

Pay: $90,000-$110,000 anually DOE Shift:  1st shift
