About the Role We're seeking a Contact Center Integration Engineer to build and maintain seamless communications infrastructure between our AI platform and various contact center solutions. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our platform can effectively integrate with any contact center system our clients use, enabling automated loan servicing communications at scale. This role is crucial in enabling us to deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient customer service solutions to millions of borrowers. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain SIP/VoIP integrations between our AI platform and customer contact center systems (Alvaria UIP, LiveVox, Cisco, Genesys, etc)
Configure and manage telecommunications infrastructure to ensure high availability and quality of service for voice communications
Troubleshoot network, latency, and voice quality issues across different contact center integrations
Create and maintain API integrations between our platform and client contact center solutions
Collaborate with external customers and our engineering team to implement seamless integrations
Requirements 2+ years of experience with SIP, WebRTC, and VoIP, nailed-up connections
Prior experience integrating with Alvaria UIP, LiveVox, Cisco, Genesys
Excellent customer communication integration speed is crucial
Proficiency in troubleshooting network and voice quality issues
Familiarity with cloud telephony services and infrastructure
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience with Python and Go
Ability to work 4 days a week from our San Francisco office (open to candidates willing to relocate)
As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role/team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility and time particularly during major launches and high impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation which includes 4 days per week in our San Francisco Office.
