This role involves a mix of hands-on robotics programming, project management, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead development and implementation of automation projects involving:Collaborative robots (Fanuc CRX Series)Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)3D Vision SystemsProvide daily technical support for production systems to improve safety, quality, and uptimeTroubleshoot and resolve process and equipment failuresSupervise skilled trades personnel as neededEnsure adherence to corporate safety and controls standardsDevelop and manage system documentation and maintenance SOPsParticipate in downtime planning and new equipment launch activitiesCollaborate with engineering and maintenance teams for knowledge transfer and issue resolutionRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical fieldWill consider an associate degree focused on Robotics Engineering with strong practical experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial automationStrong experience with:PLC programming and troubleshooting (Rockwell and Siemens platforms)Robotics integration, especially collaborative robots (Fanuc CRX Series)Vision system implementationHands-on experience with automation in assembly and body shop environmentsExcellent communication skills and ability to translate technical issues for non-technical audiencesStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in high-volume manufacturing environmentsExperience in robotic safety validation and buy-offExperience writing programs and managing robotic installations from start to finishWork Environment:On-site industrial manufacturing settingFast-paced with aggressive project timelinesCollaborative team of 56 engineers within a central controls teamEOE (including Disability/Veterans)The Process: To apply for this position, please follow these steps: Apply for this job with your current resume.
