We're looking for a cyber mission specialist like you to apply your experience with cybersecurity, information security, system security, network security devices, applications, and tooling and impact our nation's security.In this role, you'll be counted on to help understand cyberspace capabilities to evaluate potential weaknesses as well as the effectiveness of mitigations for cyber security solutions. You will work with your team to leverage cyberspace operations systems to aggregate threat feeds that inform briefings for senior leadership aligned to our customer's mission area. This is an opportunity to use your research and analysis abilities to adequately assess and inform operators and senior leadership or commanders on dynamic adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures for the mission area. You Have: 4+ years of experience with cybersecurity or information security engineering Experience with reviewing vulnerability documentation and developing courses of action to remediate findings Experience with operating cybersecurity tools, such as Splunk, Tenable, Trellix, or Elastic Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 rev 5 transition requirements and planning of implementation strategies Knowledge of current or emerging industry standards and best practices in cybersecurity Ability to identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across functional workstreams Ability to establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Ability to obtain a DoD IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of hire date

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
