Data Analyst/Data Systems Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

A Data Analyst/Engineer, or Data Systems Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining data processing software responsible for requirement capture, database development, data documentation, and development and maintenance of data processing pipelines.

Knowledge And Skills Requirements:

• Experience with ETL/ELT, schema design, REST APIs, stakeholder collaboration, and ATO documentation.
• Documentation is a key consideration.
• Experience with coding (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell) and other tools for performing data migration (e.g., extract, transform, and load tools (ETL), ArcGIS Data Interoperability, SQL Server Integration Services, and other tools such as open source).
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, Agile ceremonies, and metadata documentation.
• Experience with ArcGIS Interoperability, SSIS, REST APIs, Azure, GitHub, Agile.

Education And Years Of Experience Requirements:

The Data Analyst/Engineer must have 5 years' experience with data analysis and engineering activities including data schema development and data migration activities.
