This is a remote-friendly position. We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Talent Platform team, responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure that support our people analytics initiatives. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern ETL tools and technologies. Develop and optimize data models for reporting and analytics. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs and provide solutions. Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across all data platforms. Implement and maintain data governance and security best practices. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and resolve issues proactively. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their data services. Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt). Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred). Understanding of data warehousing principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
