Job Summary
LP Analyst is seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and cloud infrastructure that support our analytics platform and business intelligence initiatives.
You will take ownership of building, maintaining and optimizing scalable data workflows using Azure and Microsoft Fabric, enabling high-quality data delivery across internal systems and client-facing tools. You will also contribute to key AI/ML initiatives, including preparing datasets, building models, and integrating outputs into production systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines that ingest, transform, and integrate data from diverse sources
Develop and manage data infrastructure within Azure and Microsoft Fabric, including data lakes, dataflows, and warehouse integrations
Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of data systems that support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure timely access to clean, structured, and well-documented data
Support AI/ML initiatives by enabling feature extraction, preparing training datasets, and integrating models into production pipelines
Assist in developing workflows for model deployment, monitoring, and version control
Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring system health and quick resolution of issues
Document data pipeline logic, infrastructure design, and operational processes for internal transparency and maintainability
Stay current with emerging technologies in data engineering, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and AI/ML infrastructure to support continuous improvement
Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, or a related discipline
Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with Pandas for data manipulation and Spark for distributed data processing
Advanced knowledge of SQL, with experience working with relational and non-relational databases
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Microsoft Fabric, including dataflow development, orchestration, and integration
Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
Familiarity with supporting machine learning pipelines and model deployment workflows
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and security best practices in a cloud environment
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools is preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in financial services, asset management, or analytics platforms is a plus
