The Agora Companies is searching for a DevOps Engineer to support our international technology team.

Join The Agora Companies as we collaborate with software engineering teams and clients to design, build, and deploy the next generation of products—faster, more securely, and cost-effectively. Responsibilities: Partner with engineers to support AWS and Kubernetes-hosted products and services
Build strong, collaborative relationships with development teams across the U.S. and Europe
Monitor and maintain OpenShift-hosted products, including e-commerce, credit card processing, lead generation, and promotional marketing systems
Contribute to Agile ceremonies like daily scrums and sprint planning, and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions
Track and document work using tools like Jira and Confluence
Ensure compliance with change control processes and architectural standards
Continuously enhance system performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience: 4+ years supporting AWS-hosted environments with automated deployment
DevOps Expertise: Skilled in IaC or CI/CD tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, or Jenkins
Problem-Solver: Hands-on experience in metrics monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization
Versatility: Proficient with at least two tech stacks (e.g., .Net Core, Java, Golang) and scripting languages like Python Why Join Us? Day 1: Build connections with our software engineers and familiarize yourself with our products and workflows
By Month 3: Ramp up on AWS governance, Terraform workflows, and OpenShift deployments while supporting a key product
