Resolves and leads others to resolve software automation defects. Performs and reviews root cause and failure analysis activities, identifying causes and mechanisms of system issues during testing, and convenes design reviews as needed. Collaborates with software development on resolving cybersecurity vulnerabilities. Uses computer-based tools to trace tests to requirements, use cases, or other design documents; updates test documents as design documents change. Requires 7+ years of experience in software engineering, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus. Experience with cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS, and GCP is a plus. Knowledge of the software development life-cycle methodology and verification of software product implementation; experience with medical device development processes and FDA regulations is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging.
