DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer Job Responsibilities
Automate and Streamline Operations: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes. Create and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Monitor and Optimize System Performance: Implement monitoring solutions to ensure system health and uptime. Analyze system logs and troubleshoot performance issues to enhance reliability. Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to integrate new features and improve system scalability. Foster a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams. Ensure Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices to protect sensitive data. Regularly update systems to address vulnerabilities and meet compliance standards. Stay Current with Emerging Technologies: Research and adopt cutting-edge tools and technologies to improve workflows and infrastructure. Requirements
Education, Licensure & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Skills & Experience: Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
