Overview:
You will play a vital role in building and maintaining a robust DevOps platform that empowers development teams across the organization. This hands-on technical and reports to the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Platform
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and manage an enterprise-grade Jenkins CI/CD environment. Customize and optimize Jenkins to ensure scalability, performance, and integration with security scans (e.g., code scans, infrastructure scans). Enhance and mature existing pipelines to align with evolving organizational needs. Develop cloud-based shared solutions using AWS technologies, including serverless frameworks and Kubernetes. Write clean, efficient, and high-performing code in Python or Node.js to support DevOps initiatives. Support technology teams across Infrastructure Services in migrating to cloud environments and adopting the enterprise pipeline. Contribute to transitioning the team into a consultative function that champions DevOps best practices across IT.
Must Have Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing, maintaining, and scaling Jenkins-based DevOps environments for high-volume deployments. Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Octopus Deploy. Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Strong background in infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code. Solid experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Aurora) and scripting in Python. Familiarity with modern cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and serverless computing. Understanding of Software-Defined Networks (SDN), Virtual Private Clouds (VPC), and core networking technologies. Experience with DevOps and GitOps methodologies. Exposure to other cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure is a plus.
