About the Role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure for a high-load, distributed environment. You will work with cutting-edge tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our systems. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Crossplane Manage and evolve Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and GitOps workflows with ArgoCD Operate both managed and self-hosted services ( PostgreSQL , Redis , NATS ) Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines Manage secrets using HashiCorp Vault Maintain and improve monitoring and observability stacks ( VictoriaMetrics , Grafana , Loki , Tempo , Pyroscope ) Troubleshoot complex issues and production incidents across the stack Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other DevOps engineers Contribute to architecture and infrastructure planning Promote best practices in infrastructure, automation, and security Requirements 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with a focus on AWS and Kubernetes Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills in distributed systems Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (operators, controllers, networking) Proven experience with GitOps (ArgoCD) Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane) Experience writing and managing Helm charts Hands-on experience managing PostgreSQL , Redis , NATS Solid experience with GitLab CI/CD Practical experience with HashiCorp Vault for secret management Understanding of cloud networking, service discovery, and DNS Experience with Istio or similar service mesh technologies Familiarity with observability stacks (VM, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Pyroscope) Nice to Have Experience leading small DevOps or platform teams Certifications ( AWS Certified DevOps Engineer , CKA/CKAD ) Familiarity with Sentry or other application monitoring tools Work Conditions Remote work with mandatory GMT+4 ±1 hour availability Time tracking and monitoring tool usage required Flexible, collaborative, and cross-functional team environment
