What Your Impact Will Be Architecting customer cloud environments Managing projects, upgrades, and migrations on-premise and in the cloud Addressing customer technical needs with innovative solutions Provisioning cloud and on-prem systems, network setup and maintenance Collaborating with development teams to resolve application issues Monitoring system health for internal and customer systems Providing Tier 2/3 support, including after-hours rotation Diagnosing OS issues and performance problems Administering Linux and Windows servers Managing VPNs, networking, and automation using Ansible Leading and mentoring team members Creating technical documentation and educating users What We Are Looking For Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field At least 7 years of experience with Linux (Oracle, RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server OS Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Strong networking, security, and infrastructure skills Experience with Fortinet Fortigate firewalls, switches 3+ years managing complex technical projects with a customer focus Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) Ability to travel up to 5% within North America What Would Make You Stand Out Red Hat Certified Engineer certification Cloud certifications (OCI, AWS) Programming experience in Python and using Cloud SDKs What We Can Offer 3 weeks' vacation and 5 personal days Comprehensive health benefits starting from day one Employee stock ownership, RRSP/401k matching Remote work and lifestyle rewards About Us Since 1973, Systems & Software has provided quality CIS solutions to utilities.
