Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Certified Pool Operators License preferred Benefits
