Description: You will be the Electrical Engineer for our team in Lufkin, TX. Our team is responsible for providing electrical engineering support and troubleshooting for assembly, box level, and component level failures at all levels of manufacture and test.
What You Will Be Doing As the Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for driving root cause analysis and providing guidance to program leadership on failure trends. Your responsibilities will include:
• Troubleshooting electrical engineering issues at all levels of manufacture and test • Evaluating CND errors for electronic and electromechanical assemblies and providing proper disposition • Working in a production team environment to support production timelines and limit offline assets • Collaborating with multiple disciplines to provide comprehensive causal analysis • Providing proper dispositions for hardware repair, scrap, or use as is • Achieving MRB credentials and working with program leadership to drive improvements

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications: - Degree in Electrical / Electronic, or Electro Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience. - Hardware troubleshooting or design experience; experience in reading schematics; experience with analog and digital circuits; experience/familiar with test cable design and fabrication; experience with ESS (environmental testing) and utilize statistical data analysis is required. -Experience in electrical component failure analysis. Demonstrated problem solving skills. -Experience in microelectronics fabrication and test or equivalent experience - Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. Desired Skills: - C++ programming, NI TestStand, LabWindows CVI, LabView, - CKT test system, Agilent 3070 system, Teradyne test systems, common electrical test instruments (Digital Multi-meter, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, Frequency Counters, Power Supplies, etc.), - Circuit card and system level experience, and Temperature and Vibrations screening experience, Material and surface finish or chemistry background would also be beneficial. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
