What You’ll Do As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll drive the design and performance of electrical systems for commercial buildings, including: Designing efficient, code-compliant systems (power, lighting, low-voltage)
Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers
Collaborating with clients, contractors, and cross-disciplinary teams
Creating and reviewing construction documents (AutoCAD; Revit a plus)
Enhancing internal QA/QC and documentation standards
What You Bring 5–10 years of electrical design experience in commercial buildings
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
PE license preferred , but not required
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a bonus)
Proven ability to lead design, manage projects, and mentor staff
Strong communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
